အခင္းျဖစ္သည့္ညတြင္ ၎အုပ္စုထဲမွ မေလးႏိုင္ငံသား တေယာက္အိမ္ေနာက္ေဖးမွ ဖ်က္ဆီး ၀င္ေရာက္လာျပီး လက္နက္ျပ ျခိမ္းေျခာက္ကာ အိမ္ေရွ႕တံခါးကို ဖြင့္ေစျပီး ေနာက္ထပ္(၅) ေယာက္၀င္ေရာက္လာ ၾကပါသည္။ ထိုအိမ္တြင္ေနသူမ်ားမွာ …မခိုင္ခိုင္မာ၊ မစန္းျမင့္၊ ခိုင္သဇင္၊ ခင္သဲခ်ဳိ၊ မစႏၵာေထြး၊ မပပလင္း၊ မႏုႏုလြင္၊ မေကသီစံတို႔အပါအ၀င္ ျမန္မာမိန္းကေလး (၁၀) ေယာက္ျဖစ္ျပီး ဒါးမ်ားျဖင့္ ျခိမ္းေခ်ာက္ခံထားရ ျခင္းေၾကာင့္ အနီးပတ္၀န္းက်င္ကိုလည္း ေအာ္ဟစ္အကူအညီ မေတာင္းႏိုင္ခဲ႔ၾကပါ။ ထိုသူမ်ား အိမ္ေပၚေရာက္သည္ႏွင့္ မိန္းကေလးအားလံုးစုစည္းေစကာ အ၀တ္အစားမ်ားခၽြတ္ခိုင္းျပီး လက္ကိုင္ဖုန္းႏွင့္ လက္၀တ္လက္စားမ်ားကို အရင္သိမ္းယူျပီးမွ ၎တို႔ၾကိဳက္ႏွစ္သက္ရာ မိန္းကေလးမ်ားကို ေရြးခ်ယ္၍ အခန္းတခုတည္းထည့္ျပီး အဓမၼက်င့္ၾကံခဲ႔ၾကသည္။ အဓမၼက်င့္ၾကံခံရသူ မိန္းကေလး(၄)ဦးႏွင့္ က်န္မိန္းကေလးမ်ားက ေအာ္ဟစ္ကာ ရုန္းရင္းဆန္ခတ္ ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းတို႔ေၾကာင့္ မိန္းကေလး(၂)ဦးကို ကတ္ေၾကးဟုထင္ရေသာ အသြားခၽြန္ထက္ေသာ လက္နက္ျဖင့္ ထိုးျပီးထိုသူမ်ား ထြက္ေျပးသြားၾကျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။

After Brutal Group Rape, Girls were wounded and theirs belonging were robbed

Last a few days ago attacker who had raped and robbed all the girls goes through severe mental stress, traumatized and pulverized at Johor state, Malaysia the case happened unbelievable. Many girls from several countries come to Malaysia for their jobs opportunity, most of them feel safe because protection from their embassy but according this horrify even Myanmar girls are not excluded.

The groups of attackers who ordered to strip and raped the girls the accident happened at No.16, Jalan Istimewa 7 , KILANG E.W, Taman Putri Wansa , Johor Baru . According the star attempt to rape them was unsuccessful and left soon after actual happened was on the August 28, 2009 the man entered the hostel with a parang-wielding from the back door where he broke. Later the man called the rest of the four other partners. All ten women were fast asleep later he woke them up all the girls could not seek for the outside help because the men threatened with parang-wielding. Later robbed them of their mobile phones, jewelleries, ordered to strip and keep them in the one room and raped them. There were 10 girls at the accident and four of them, Ma Khine Khine Mar, Ma San Myint , Ma Sandar Htwe ,Ma Pa Pa Lin, Ma Nu Nu Lwin , Khaine Thazin , Khin Thae Cho were raped. The rest shouted for the help so the men stab two girls and run away.

Although, the case has been reported to Myanmar embassy which was the most responsible but no serious action taken, only provided temporary shelter and transferred the girls to the other place

Eventually, the girls transferred from their hostel and their where about is now unknown. Recording rape or interviewing victims of sexual violence is problematic in Myanmar women, where women fear social stigma or further trauma and sometimes recant their allegations out of shame.Laws regarding sexual assault, and harassment in among Myanmar women are weak whether the criminals are minors or not. It is becoming an issue due to sharp increase in sexual crimes.
Burglar enters women's dormitory but fails to rape them

KUALA LUMPUR: Seven Myanmar women factory workers were spared the ordeal of rape when a parang-wielding intruder broke into their hostel but could not get an erection.

The man entered the hostel at 2 AM when the women were fast asleep. He woke them up before robbing them of their mobile phones and jewelleries.

The women, who were all in their 20s, were later ordered to strip but his attempt to rape them was unsuccessful and he left soon after.

Terrified by the incident, the workers refused to continue living in the hostel in Taman Putri Wangsa in Johor Baru.

Myanmar embassy counselor, Ei Ei Tin said the embassy would provide temporary shelter for the women but it wanted the police to arrest the culprit.

"He has not been caught. He had a parang and ordered all of the women to surrender their money and to strip," she told The Star.

The counsellor said the embassy was writing a letter to the Human Resources Ministry to look into the plight of Myanmar workers in Malaysia.

"We also want the workers to have a safe place and not have 30 people live in one dormitory," she said.

The seven women who reported the case to the embassy had to live with more than 20 others in another dormitory and this caused a lot of discomfort and could pose a health risk, she said.

Tin urged the agents for foreign workers from Myanmar and their Malaysian counterparts to adhere to the laws in their treatment of workers.

There are 130,731 registered Myanmar workers in the services, manufacturing and plantation sectors in the country. -The Star/Asia News Network.
